		<description>I think that if I never failed at anything, I would get bored very easy. I like to be challenged because it promotes growth and new levels.

I have failed at many things in life, but I take some steps backwards and regroup and tackle it again. I know what my limitations are to a degree and try to keep that in mind in my decision making.

I believe that real failure is when you give up and don&#039;t try something which you are capable of.</description>

		<description>What an amazing video this is. My parents used to say that one has a choice when times are difficult or when a failure has occurred. You can allow it to make you weak and have an excuse for further failures, or you can learn from failure and develop resolve to find worthy solutions. Thanks for the great video!</description>
