I like to be challenged because it promotes growth and new levels. I have failed at many things in life, but I take some steps backwards and regroup and tackle it again. I know what my limitations are to a degree and try to keep that in mind in my decision making. I believe that real failure is when you give up and don't try something which you are capable of. My parents used to say that one has a choice when times are difficult or when a failure has occurred.
